Made to Order

Every piece in Capsule 001 | Mirror is made to order — we don't hold stock. That means production begins only after the drop window closes, not the moment you place your order. This keeps Melting Minds a zero-waste, zero-inventory brand, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than an off-the-shelf store.

Processing Time

• Tees and hoodies: 7–10 business days from when the drop closes
• Cargos and heavier pieces: 7–10 business days
• Jackets and outerwear: 10–14 business days

During high-demand drop windows, processing may run slightly longer. If that happens, we'll email you directly rather than leave you guessing.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Where We Ship

At launch, Melting Minds ships pan-India only. International shipping isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap for a future capsule. Join early access on the homepage and you'll be the first to know when that changes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterward.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within the processing window above, reach out to us at hello@meltingminds.in with your order number.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but never received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our courier partner and make it right.
