These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meltingminds.in and any purchase you make from Melting Minds. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Melting Minds is a made-to-order streetwear label based in India, operating under the tagline #It's A Phase. We currently ship within India only.

Our Made-to-Order Model

Melting Minds runs a zero-inventory, made-to-order model. Pieces are produced in limited, capsule-based drops (like Capsule 001 | Mirror) rather than kept in ongoing stock. Once a drop window closes and a size sells out, that piece may not be available again until a future capsule.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, supporting cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets
• We currently operate on a prepaid-only basis — Cash on Delivery is not offered
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil it

Product Descriptions

We aim to represent every piece as accurately as possible. That said, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations are natural in small-batch, made-to-order production.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy, and our exchange process is outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, copy, and content on this site are the property of Melting Minds and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting site functionality, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Melting Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
